It always seem to be a wonderful start into a fresh week if you have to get on a plane on sunday evening instead of monday morning. On the other hand, getting up at 4:30 a.m. to be at the airport @ 6:00 a.m. isn´t compelling either .

Anyway, this week starts with a sunday evening “take-off”. Destination Duesseldorf/Germany. First Meeting @ 7:00 a.m. monday morning. The other beauty about a sunday evening flight is that the plane is normally half empty (or is it half full ?). Chances are high to grab a magazine or two and a decent 50% chance that the seat next to you is empty. Taxi Drivers are more relaxed on Sunday evening and roads are not blocked.

On the other hand: A quick look into the Hotel Restaurant or bar is quite depressing. Looks like an empty “after goldrush” place. No fun. Anyway, this evening Hotel /SAS Radisson/ gets 9 out of 10 points. Brandnew. Perfect Wellness Area and complimentary W-Lan access. Looks like a new generation of business Hotels finally made it to the finish line. It is 10:45 p.m. Room 301. Nice view. Cheers.
